As your team scales its usage, structuring your domains properly becomes vital to prevent workspace clutter.
Structuring with Folders
Folders represent distinct structural domains. You can create folders for different departments (e.g., "Engineering", "Marketing"), different timeframes (e.g., "Q1 2026"), or project typologies.
How to create a folder:
- On the left sidebar navigation, locate the Folders heading.
- Click the + (Create Folder) icon next to it.
- Enter a descriptive name for your folder and submit.
- Projects created specifically within a folder context automatically inherit the folder's domain scope. To shift a project between domains, modify its association via Project Settings.
Managing Team Members
Organizations are multi-tenant and cross-functional.
How to invite colleagues:
- Click on Organization Settings located near your profile layout via the main application navigation.
- Navigate to the Members tab in the settings dashboard.
- Click the Invite Member button and enter the email address of your colleague.
- Define the appropriate Role:
- Admin: Has full billing and domain modification rights.
- Member: Can build projects, suggest scores, and interact fully within collaborative bounds.
- Pending invites will sit in the queue until the colleague joins via the provided secure magic link.
