5. AI Features and Tools

Axiom utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide enhanced features, such as scoring suggestions and criteria evaluations.

• AI-generated outputs are provided to assist in your decision-making process; they do not constitute definitive advice or guaranteed outcomes.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated suggestions before acting upon them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service's source code or underlying infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written permission.
• Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (e.g., protected health information) unless explicitly supported by our platform compliance.

7. Fees and Payment

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Billing: You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Service. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a separate agreement.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
• Changes in Fees: We may change our pricing but will provide advance notice of these changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Axiom and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Axiom and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Axiom.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. AXIOM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR PREDICTIVE VALUE OF THE DECISION FRAMEWORKS PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIOM, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
